Stealth Protective Services had its start after years of working for one of the largest private security companies in the tri-state area.

Frank and Bob had been teamed together throughout those years and worked security in Madison Square Garden, Staten Island Cultural Center, Marriott Marquis, Giants Stadium, Meadowlands Arena and featured events such as; The Grammys, Person Of The Year Ceremony-honoring Bono of U2, and the Rolling Stones Return Tour & Disaster Chaplaincy of New York.

With years of training and working close together, Frank and Bob began Stealth Protective Services.

The Stealth staff also consists of many of the personnel that had worked together in years past and remain dedicated and committed to provide the best quality services for our clients.

Field Supervisor Armed Division is directed by Luke Nacca. As the field supervisor for all of Stealth's armed positions, Luke is an integral part of the management team at Stealth. Luke has spent many years in law enforcement and private security. Among Luke's many professional qualities and skills, Luke specializes in personal protection as well as, hotel, private homes, and retail security.  

Personal Protection is directed by Michael Petrucelli.  Mike is a retired Lieutenant from Essex County Corrections and comes to us with many years of working in law enforcement and as an armed security officer for a number of banks in Essex County. Besides his years of experience and integrity, Mike also works on many network production sites and various special details.

Special Operations is directed by John Held. John has extensive experience in law enforcement, personal protection, and private security. As team leader of high-risk security details, John provides practical solutions to critical situations.             

Special Operations is directed by Timothy Horton. Timothy specializes in personal and property protection. Also as a team leader of high-risk security details, Timothy provides solutions for day-to-day operations and event planning.

Events and Concerts NJ/NY is directed and managed by Lenny Mormino. Len is the owner of STARR VENUE CONSULTANTS NYC, and has been responsible for all of

the jobs at Madison Square Garden, The Grammys, Giants Stadium and more. The Investigations division is directed and supervised by Jim O' Connor CAS, CHS-III, CFE. Jim is a Licensed Investigator, a Certified Anti-Terrorism Expert and Retired Detective Lieutenant from the Newark Police Department. Jim and his team have 120 years of combined legal services and provide comprehensive investigative services.
